The film star Leonardo Di Caprio sold his beach house in the Malibu Colony community. The house that was sold for the hefty amount of $ 12.350.000, has as neighbors, other famous stars such as Tom Hanks, Sting and Bill Murray and includes three separate buildings. The property consists of a four –bedroom main house, a two-bedroom guest room and a loft with an extra bedroom, private gym and an office. As for the exterior of the house, there is a deck overlooking the beach, a Jacuzzi, spa, well maintained gardens and a fire pit.
The Oscar nominated actor bought the luxurious home in 2002 for 6 million dollars and rented it during the summer period when he wasn’t there for $175.000 per month.
