Tradition is evolving through Severija Inčirauskaitė-Kriaunevičienė’s artwork who embroiders with cross-stitch on metal surfaces.

The Lithuanian artist uses a drill and many colorful yarns to decorate domestic objects even the doors or the bonnet of car with classic and romantic floral embroidery motifs. Moreover, the imaginative artist has many art-pieces more playful and humorous such as an old pan in which she created the image of fried eggs, a tin full of cigarette butts and a spoon  with the image of an open mouth weaved on its surface exactly as it would be reflected on it.
