The Brazilian duo, Fernardo and Humberto Campana stand out for the use of materials and techniques uncommon in the design world. Their résumé includes collaborations with prestigious names from the fashion world, such as Lacoste and Louis Vuitton. Among their recent works was the refurbishment of renowned Café de l’Horloge and Musée d’Orsay.
For the first time Campana Brothers are hosted in Paris, in Carpenters Workshop Gallery in Paris by presenting in collaboration with the gallery a series of unusual pieces entitled ‘Ocean Collection’.
Inspired by the SUSHI collection created in 2002, Campana Brothers have decided to add WALL MIRRORS and PENDANT MIRRORS in different shades of blue, green and white creating an illusion of liquid element.
The mirrors serve as a connective medium of different perspectives of reality which automatically become synonyms of other dimensions.
The art installation will last until the 27th of July 2013.
