Halcyon Selects: Lee Burton – You’ve got me (VIDEO PREMIERE)

After 6 non-active years in discography, Lefteris Kalabakas changed his alias from Liberto to Lee Burton and released, earlier this year, his second studio album “Busy Days For Fools” – a pure diamond of our local electronic music scene. This change marks his evolution into new kinds of sound, mixing electronica with natural instruments, voices and several elements coming from his personal influences, but also reminding his already known music style from his previous equally beautiful album “Lullaby”. “Busy Days For Fools” is rightly crossing greek borders, since it is already gaining more and more positive reviews from abroad, while Lee Burton gave two successful gigs in Moscow and St Petersburg last month. Ozonweb’s music column premieres today the first official music video from this album, for the song “You’ve got me”, directed by Thanassis Totsikas (aka ZAN TOT). This is a brilliantly done video, which we are happy to introduce to you, wishing that we could have more such inspired works and projects coming from Greek artists. For those who are interested, you can listen to Lee Burton’s whole second album, if you click here.
