“Seasonal Beauties” by Alon Avissar

AlonAvissar1

Inspired by the season changing, graphic designer and illustrator Alon Avissar created a collection named “Seasonal Beauties” including 4 double exposure portraits each representing a season. Beautiful women’s faces with a skeptical look on their faces are combined with the images of almond blossoms, roses, pine cones and covered in snow branches in order to illustrate every one of the four seasons.

The artist states though his website that foundation for this concept had been Alphonse Mucha’s Art Nouveau calendars and continues saying that: “these calendars would be split in to four sections and always featured a pretty girl representing her own stylized seasonal wonderland.I figured I’d attempt give this same concept an updated double exposure twist. Really loving how these work as a complete set.”
