People either look at them in awe or disdain. Eyewear that stands out due to its higher aesthetic sensibility and takes up a sizeable part of the face. Made out of the stranger side of the material scale, often going against the laws of physics and gravity, statement glasses are a fashion item for the bold and those that want to draw attention to themselves at any cost.
