After sightings at Elephant and Castle Underground station and a garage in Turin, the latest Aphex Twin Logo has appeared in Hollywood, California.
Disguised to fit in with the hedge, this huge poster shows an unmistakable ‘A’ receding into the wall of Amoeba Records. The poster was spotted by someone from Perfect Circuit Audio, a synth and music hardware store.
It is interesting that Aphex has opted for more secluded locations for his promotion, apart from the Underground station of course. It begs the question – are there more that we haven’t seen yet? Perhaps once they have all been found Aphex Twin will drop the album kind of like a quest in a game or if you connect all the dots on a map it will form a gigantic ‘A’ across the globe. Who knows…
Travis Scott has also used the music store to promote his upcoming album Astroworld by having a huge bronze sculpture of his head placed on top of the store.
