Filmaker and director Jacob Harmer stands out for his unique style directing a kinda “documentary film”. After his collaborations with Topshop, Topman, Vivienne Westwood and Banana Republic, the director stands down advertising for a bit and focus on the production of a short film, introducing skating. The film called “Skate”, presents the model and skater Theo de Gueltz, who describes the skate lifestyle and how it feels like, when you are skating and the clock stops ticking. As Gueltz characteristically confess “Cities can be mechanisms that will trap. Maybe the skateboarding be a way to escape”. Good photography, moody- emotional weather of a classical day in London and a skateboard, make pretty much what you can see in the following video.
