Recently Leonardo DiCaprio’s luxurious villa in Malibu was sold for 17.35 million dollars. First he tried to sell the unique property back in 2012 for 23 million dollars but it was not possible to find a buyer so he dropped the price for almost $5 million. The property includes the main house which contains seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, two private guest houses, one spa, one gym and magnificent sea view.
