Rose of Jericho Explodes to Life

The plant Rose of Jericho or Selaginella lepidophylla is able of surviving after really long periods of drought, even years. Yet, once it is left in a humid environment, it “ressurects” and its dried leaves are replaced by a green flower-shaped plant. Filmmaker Sean Steininger collected the resurection film shots of 7 different plants and presents them in a really impressive video, in which nature charms us.
