The latest collection from the menswear designer Andrea Cammarosano for Autumn/Winter 2013/14, is inspired by Rudolph Nureyev’s character from The Firebird by Stravinsky. Simple lines, not very glamorous elements but warm and fine fabrics are the main characteristics of the clothes. Andrea Cammarosano was born in Italy, and studied fashion design and tailoring in Florence and then in the Royal Academy in Antwerp. He has worked as an assistant menswear designer for Walter Van Beirendonck since 2010, while in the meantime he created a series of capsule collections. In 2010, he established his own menswear label, with clothes manufactured in Italy.
