Hackney artist Alex Chinneck strikes again. It seems like this building is turned upside down. It’s not. It’s a London located installation, entitled Miner on the Moon. It’s a renovation project on the original structure that was first built in the 1780s. The building served as a storage facility for horses and carriages, while for many years it was empty and abandoned. Chinneck was inspired by the buildings long and mysterious history as well as it’s rough facade. He managed to match this new creation to it’s surroundings and really make a difference.
