Candy Chang has taken the well known, if ambiguous, ‘aphorism’ ‘What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas’ to a whole new level in her latest conceptual piece ‘Confessions’. The artist, known for ‘Before I Die’ and ‘Career Path’, allowed visitors of the gallery in Las Vegas to write their own anonymous confessions, which would then be publicly displayed staying in Vegas for the world to see. The gallery saw over 1500 confessions from various consciousnesses, becoming possibly the largest ‘elephant-in-the-room’ exhibition in the world. See for yourself.
