In his collection “Darkened Series”, the French photographer Thierry Cohen presents the images of large capitals without light. Cities such as New York, Hong Kong, Rio and even Paris seem like they have undergone a great cinematic disaster or a major mass power outage and as a result they are illuminated only through the light of stars.
