The 2009 Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven presents the Italian design graduate duo Andrea Trimarchi and Simone Farresin of Formafantasma with their series of baked objects. OZON particularly enjoyed their ‘Baked’ collection, that is part of an exhibition titled ‘Getting Lost’ which includes objects made of flour, coffee, cocoa and spinach. The designers took inspiration from a Sicilian folk tradition in Salemi where architectural objects are baked as festive decorations.
