The team of Philips created a concept for an eco home which helps to minimize waste by filtering, processing and recycling. There are a total of six parts to the “biological machine” – the methane bio-digester (kitchen island), larder, paternoster (a plastic waste up-cycler), an urban beehive, bio-light, and the filtering squatting toilet.
