Hungarian photographer Flora Borsi has created a stunning work by digitally processing fashion portraits. The artistic handling of these images leads not only to presenting the charm of surrealism, but also to highlighting her desire to explore the beauty standards.
“In this project I have created analyzing fashion portraits, I did somehow the opposite of retouching. I transformed these images in a way which showed the flawless models. This work is linked to the opinions of surrealist painters that beauty is not enough to grasp the interest. I love imperfections as much as i love surrealism. These pictures are my monsters, no one wants to look like them because they are completely unique.”
