Is It The Shoes?: A festival-more like an ode to the sneakers, an iconic footwear that have gained massive popularity through the past years. This year, it was held for the first time under the care of the experimental art company We Are Parable, and lasted four days, from 10 till 13 October. The festival aimed to inform the broad audience about the cultural impact of such the athletic shoe, especially in pop and hip hop culture. The unexpected twist, was a special exhibit, in collaboration with the Northampton Shoe Museum, which holds the a vast collection of the rarest sneakers in entire Europe.
