Officially launching later this year, the luxurious Saint Martins Lofts are located within the iconic former building of Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design on Charing Cross Road in Soho. According to the architects, the renovation respects the rich architectural and artistic history of the building whilst injecting a contemporary London aesthetic. The Lofts cover the top four floors of the building, with book shop Foyles on the ground floor, and are made up of five duplex apartments, six laterals and two penthouses with commanding views over London’s West End and towards the Houses of Parliament. Prices for the lofts begin at £4,550,000.
