It all started back in 2013. Architects Katerina Grigoropoulou and Evi Sougara took part in the It’s All Oh So Souvenir To Me exhibition and ever since, they have been creating all these design objects we can’t have enough of. They named their brand A Future Perfect and as you have already guessed, it is full of irony, but also full of optimism and positive thinking towards what comes next. It’s up to you, in a few words. For them, it is just the beginning of a new professional and creative orientation.
Their series Traces is a result of experimentation on material, maps and techniques. Their concrete coasters, showing all these cities we love in a planar view, have been followed by leather goods such as tablet cases and mouse pads. And what they are now aspiring to, is their products traveling abroad. And what we can say for sure is that they will do so soon.
They can say it better than us though “So many things to do, so little time (and budget!) to do it”. Don’t worry girls, because you are on the right side of the road!
