One can describe AAR’s upcoming Spring/Summer 2014 collection as an ode to the sheltered yet unique men’s attire. Anthony Alexis, the creative director of the brand, manages to mix simple with extravagant, combining clean-cut shirts with loose shorts and voluminous outwear. Minimalism appears to be the key element of the collection, for the fabrics are baggy, while leather trimmings in the bottoms make their own “elegant” statement. Noteworthy is a rather large leather collar, featured in coats, creating a splendid mood, while the designer seems to favors white, black and gray.
