Designers’ Nest is an integral part of CPH Vision, one of Denmark’s most visited fashion fairs. Created in 2003, it functions as a professional and international platform for Nordic design graduates to show their talents. This year’s award show presented collections by Scandinavian design schools graduates who competed for Designers’ Nest Award August 2010. Present at the show was HRH Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, alongside Danish and international press and visitors to CPH Vision and Terminal-2. Τhe winner of Designers’ Nest August 2010 is Satu Maaranen from Aalto University of Art and Design Helsinki, whereas the first runner-up is Tine Winther Rysgaard (Danmarks Designskole) and the second runner-up is Anja Merete (Larsen Designskolen Kolding).
