For their Fall / Winter lookbook, Australian fashion label Bassike showcases two distinctly different yet harmonious styles. Focusing on fabric innovation and milled in Italy, cashmere, merino wool and bonded leather are initially rendered in clean lines of muted color palettes like pearl grey and rose quartz.
The stark, boxy cuts stand in sharp contrast to those with long draping sleeves and slouchy pants. Paired with navy blues and charcoals, the line effortlessly segues from minimal and geometric silhouettes to one particular monotone denim jumper. With each look cleverly set off by a pair of Birkenstock’s, the collection demonstrates the unique range of these luxe materials: loose, casual comfort fused with severe polish.
