Margaret Howell is a British menswear and womenswear designer, who stays loyal to the values of the classic British tailoring. Good quality materials, functional design and fine craftsmanship are the key characteristics of her collections. All these are obvious in the A/W 2013 Lookbook, which consists not only of models wearing the clothes, but of photos of the making procedures as well. The designer studied fine arts at the University of London, and in the early 1970’s she started designing accessories and men’s clothing and in the 1980’s she started designing for women.
