Imaginative artist Joel Robison, combines perfectly his love for books with his love for photography and creates a series of captivating pictures starring books. Sometimes oversized, so that they can literally host the reader and sometimes in natural size surrounding him in scenes reminiscing fairytales, books in Robison’s photography seems to be the secret elements carrying all the magic. His pictures illustrate imaginary sceneries that manipulate reality reflecting the enormous ability of books to stir the imagination of the reader transporting him onto another parallel world.
