Brazilian street artist, Herbert Baglione converted an abandoned psychiatric hospital in Parma, Italy into a series of eerie shadows. The ghostly souls of patients that once inhabited the space inspired the new figures for the ongoing “1,000 Shadows” project. The painted silhouettes can also be found emerging from floors, walls and ceilings of empty rooms and outside deserted homes in São Paulo and Paris. Haunting.
