The longtime friend of Shepard Fairey, Curtis Kulig, is collaborating with OBEY for the first time, on a line of limited-edition apparel for men and women in OBEY’s 2012 Spring/Summer catalog. The line remains faithful to the work of both artists, with OBEY’s signature aesthetic and Giant graphic getting finished with Kulig’s all-over Love Me tag. Curtis Kulig is the artist behind the ambiguous, mixed-message “Love Me” tags you may have before seen on the sides of buildings high above New York City streets or in galleries featuring canvas prints of the same.
