While the new Mulberry campaign is on with Cara Delevingne, the brand decided to promote its new Kensington bag, through social media. The bag is named after the neighborhood, where the brand’s headquarters are located. After photographing the bag in several places in Kensington, it was also shot hanging from the gates of Kensington Palace, where the Duke and Duchess live.
Mulberry posted the image on Twitter but it was removed, according to the Daily Mail, due to a complaint from Kensington Palace officials. “The image was taken without our permission and we requested that it be removed,” a spokesperson for the Palace told the paper. Mulberry responded that the photo had been taken “in error”.
