Le Creative Sweatshop for WAD

Creative duo Le Creative Sweatshop completed yet another impressive project for french urban fashion and culture magazine, WAD, a series of paper sculptures shot by Matthieu Deluc.

Le Creative Sweatshop is the result of the encounter between Ndeur (Mathieu Missiaen) and Make a Paper World (Julien Morin) in January, 2009. They formed conceptual agency based on modern communication means and mediums, through the lens of the DIY culture, working on volume and space scenography.

The two French fellows, having created an important amount of individual work before their encounter – Ndeur in furniture and shoe design and Make a Paper World in paper street art toys- put their talents together and now have a portfolio full of interesting cooperations, like the one with Canadian stylist Heidi Ackermanένωσαν and photographer Tchad Muller of Wallpaper magazine. Their work has been showcased several times, including Prêt à Porter tradeshow in September 2009 in Paris, where visitors could participate in an interactive installation made of Le Creative Sweatshop’ s 15 000 paper sculptures.
