This time, in collaborating with brand Vlisco, Komono is presenting 6 new watches with the prints of the Dutch company ornamenting their wristbands, the only brand creating authentic Dutch Wax fabrics recognisable for their unique design, coloring and quality. Two of the most popular dial designs, the Estelle and Winston, create in combination with the wristband, these beautiful models.
Vlisco has been drawing inspiration from fashion of West and Central Africa. It was founded in 1846 and nowadays, it has gone international, and as they say, the “Hollandais”, –this is how their fabrics are known- have a deeper meaning and are named after their consumers, like a story that is never completed, but keeps evolving. And this story is as unique as their fabrics.
