Scottish band Mogwai, apart from the release of their eighth album, named “Rave Tapes”, announced the launch of their very own limited edition whiskey named RockAct81w. The single cask 9-year-old whiskey (57.1% ABV) that will count only 324 numbered bottles. It was distilled by the Glenallachie Distillery at the famous whiskey producing region, Speyside, while the bottling was done by the Creative Whiskey Company.
RockAct81w will exclusively be available on the 28 of January from the Good Spirit Co in Glasgow. The band’s members will be there to sign the bottles before the planned show that will take place on the same day at the Glasgow Concert Hall. Every bottle is priced at £55.
