Louis Vuitton has multiple upcoming projects for October, in multiple fields. Besides the much anticipated Frank Gehry’s Louis Vuitton Foundation, selected customers of the French house will get a biannual edition, The Book.
Charlotte Gainsbourg, who is also the star of the first campaignof the house since Nicolas Ghesquière was appointed as its creative director, lands the cover of the first issue, while a menswear shoot by Peter Lindbergh, an interview with Catherine Deneuve and backstage footage by Juergen Teller are featured in the 126 pages of the magazine. Yorgos Tloupas -of Greek origin- will be the art diretor of the edition, who is aiming at preserving this “no nonsense” aesthetic of Ghesquière.
