You wake up, dress up quickly and can’t wait for that magic moment, when you will be having your first sip coffee and realize you have to go to work. And this coffee mug is what makes your day, especially when you are not really fond of your job. And even though, we are all used to have a coffee, pretty soon after we have woken up, scientists think that this is wrong.
According to a new research, the cortisol levels, when we wake up are already high enough, meaning that coffee wont do any miracle. Instead, it’s much wiser having your coffee, when these levels are lower, meaning between 10.00 and 12.00 or 14.00 and 17.00.
As for those who seems impossible to wake up and not have a coffee, it’s just a matter of habit. And if you want to change your pace, that should take a little time. But once you made that change, there’s no denying you will feel better than ever.
