August has finally arrived and the city of Edinburgh is in a festive mood. This the 64th year that the famous Edinburgh Festival is taking place and is promising a greater variety of cultural events presenting 2,453 shows all around the city during the month of August. This year’s line up includes original comedy, children’s shows, dance and physical theatre, events, exhibitions, music, musicals, opera and theatre.
