There is no better specialist on french fries, than the Americans who have invented fast-food and made it necessary internationally. U.S.A. is known for many things, but this time it’s the trilogy burger- fries- ketchup. When we are talking about ketchup and sauces generally, us Greeks will never think of Sir Kensington’s company, but an American probably will. Sir Kensington’s exhibition is a tribute to ketchup’s most beloved friend -french fries- and is made of 100 individual fries, that have been collected from some of the most acclaimed chefs and iconic restaurants in New York city and each is displayed with archival quality as part of the collection. An exhibition for the potato history.
